DRAFT is owned and operated by Endura Consulting (Pty) Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, secure, and retain personal data when you use DRAFT.

1) Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly, including account details, profile information, support messages, and content you create in DRAFT.

We also collect service data such as device/session metadata, usage analytics, billing events, and security logs needed to operate and protect the Service.

Payment card data is handled by payment processors and is not stored in full by Endura systems.

2) How we use data

We use personal data to provide DRAFT functionality, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, deliver support, detect abuse, and improve product quality.

We may use service analytics and interaction data to maintain reliability, train product improvements, and enforce platform safety.

3) Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers needed to run DRAFT (such as hosting, analytics, authentication, and payments) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or user-generated content to third parties.

4) Security controls

Endura applies layered security controls including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest, role-based access practices, and ongoing security reviews.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously monitor and improve our safeguards.

Active accounts: data is retained while your account is active.

Deleted accounts: data enters a 30-day grace period, then is permanently deleted unless legal or security retention is required.

Financial records: retained for 5 years to meet statutory obligations.

Security audit logs: retained for up to 2 years for compliance and incident response.

6) Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including POPIA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data.
